I have a ...Have you tried making yogurt cheese yet? I have a yogurt cheese maker (like $12 thru amazon) but really all you'd need is a fine mesh collander and a bowl to drain the whey into. It's a great replacement for cream cheese (less fat and caloric too I think). Add garlic and chives and make a spread or top a potato with it.
